CIRTEK Holdings Philippines Corp. reported an attributable net income of $1.05 million for the third quarter, up by 58.1% from $665,755 in the same quarter last year.

The increase came after a 4.8% increase in its top line to $22.74 million in the July-to-September period, from the $21.69 million it booked in the same period last year, based on its quarterly report disclosed on Tuesday.

THE Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) has approved the application for expansion and new projects of the business units of Cirtek Holdings Philippines Corp., the firm said on Monday.

“The company is very glad for the continuous support and assistance of PEZA. Now that our country is attaining herd immunity and reopening its economy, the company is very optimistic that it would hit a significant increase in its export revenues,” the Cirtek group’s management said.

Cirtek Holdings Philippines Corp. said Monday unit Cirtek Electronics Corp. will expand production capacity in the first quarter to boost revenues.

MANILA, Philippines — Cirtek Holdings Philippines Corp., through its wholly owned subsidiary Quintel USA Inc., has bagged a new contract.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange yesterday, Cirtek said Quintel signed a master purchase agreement with a telecommunications operator wherein Quintel would provide the telco’s needs to launch full commercial services on fresh spectrum for 5G services from 2021 and beyond.
